How to place an order

The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.

1. SELECTING A PRODUCT

After selecting a product, click the Buy button - the product will be added to your basket. If after choosing a product you go to the product card, click the "Add to cart" button - the product will be added to your basket.

In the Quantity field you can change the quantity of the product to purchase. After changing the quantity of goods, the order amount will be recalculated automatically.

If you want to continue choosing goods, you can enter the desired section in the menu at the top and click the "Buy" button again. By clicking on the cross on the right in the basket, you can delete the product.

On the page PERSONAL SECTION OF THE SITE you can monitor the status of your order.

2. PLACING AND CONFIRMING ORDERS

You can place a quick order by providing only your name and phone number. To complete the order, you need to click the "Place an order" button.

In this case, our manager will contact you and discuss all the details.

You can also fill in the full order form: after entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (name of the recipient, delivery address, e-mail, phone, city, delivery option, payment method). To place an order, you need to click the "Place an order" button.

A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail specified during the ordering process.

Attention! Invalid phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order.

Some time (usually within an hour) after making a purchase, our manager will contact you using the contact details specified when placing an order. It will be possible to agree on the exact time and delivery time with the manager, as well as clarify the details.

3. PAYMENT AND PRICES

The prices indicated on the site are final, but do not include shipping costs. All taxes are included in the price of the goods.
